Sean has executed JDA for funding and acquisition to develop a 683 Mw solar site in Deaf Smith County, Texas. He has led successful capital raises of over $1m from private investors to perform and execute all development tasks from start to finish. The project is at NTP with an expected development revenue of $13MM plus. Project contract completed and fulfilled on time and under budget. Expected financial close q4 2021

Sean has also executed Sales consulting agreement with ECORE Systems which is an AI-based algorithm that reduces chiller energy usage by up to 30%. Initial product launch in the U.S.A. and executed 3 partnerships to scale the company into all commercial markets. Responsible for taking the company from 17 commercial clients to 600.

With Sean’s business development mind and strong technical understanding, he has executed sales consulting agreements with On vector Systems. Initial product launch in the U.S.A. for a plasma-based vortex water treatment system. Responsible for commercial funding raise of 4.5M.

As the founder of East Peak Investments Company, Sean has a hunger for success and from his vast experience has set a clear course for the EPIC journey ahead to bring over 5GW of renewable projects to COD by the end of 2025.
